If you wish to purchase the property then ring us and provide your particulars
for the contract. Name Address Phone number of purchasers, Also the Solicitors
or Licensed Conveyencers name address and phone number (if you are using one)  

Pay the deposit and stamp duty into our bank account.

If you are a cash buyer the balance is due within 28 days or if you are paying the
property off on terms the first installment is due one month after payment of deposit.

Once we have a deposit we will then prepare and send you the contract for your
perusal and signature. We will sign and arrange to have the counterpart stamped
at the Office of State Revenue on your behalf then send it to you after it is returned
to us by our city conveyancing agents and you have sent us your signed contract.

Your copy of the contract will be usually be back from our city agents and OSR
within fourteen (14) days then it will be sent to you. We  retain the Deed and
stamped transfer until the property is paid for in full. When the property is paid
for we will arrange for deed and transfer to be send to our city agents for
registration at Land Titles Office (Current cost $190 registration fee plus the $30
agent fee = $220) You will need to pay us for this before it deed registered.

You then will have certificate of title sent to you by registered post
