FIRST HOME BUYERS GRANT
You are too late for the $14000 First Home Buyers Grant
However our Benevelant Big Brother has agreed to pay the
sum of $10,500 to first home buyers But only till 30/12/09
After 1/1/2010 THE GRANT REDUCES TO $7,000
The following documents are required for the applicants of First Home Buyers Grant of $10,500 which ends on 30/12/09
a) Must pay at least $10,500 full deposit before grant is given
b) Must pay at least two installment’s under the contract
c) Home Plus Form to be filled out for exemption of duty
d) FHB grant application must be filled out
e) ID Required BIRTH CERTIFICATE
DRIVERS LICENCE
MEDICARE CARD
UTILITY BILL
These copies are to be certified by a Justice of the Peace
ID required for Stamp Duty Exemption as well as the Grant so 2 copies please
f) Solicitors letter saying buyer has taken possession
g) Letter for Utility provider saying buyer has taken possession of the
property Phone Power Austar being connected on property in
buyers name
h) Full copy of contract Not just front page the entire contract certified by a JP
The Office of State Revenue pays the grant within 10 days of receiving the above in full
